June Jolley is committed to advertising her listings through a diverse range of media outlets.  The utilization of technology and the Internet has been a staple in June's ongoing marketing and advertising campaigns. Through the use of professional photography, high-profile printed media and web-based marketing June's clients are provided the highest level possible of both printed and digital marketing available...anywhere.....and potential homebuyers can preview her listings via the internet Twenty-four hours a day....and even email homes of interest to friends and family.

In addition, she has an Agent-to-Agent Property E-Mail Blast sent out to hundreds of the Desert's Top Producing, High Profile, Real Estate Professionals.  They receive constant updates of her new listings, open houses, and her "Musical Movie Tours" of each property she has listed.  Matching buyers and sellers personalities with the right home, in the right community, exemplifies her expertise.

With the cost of doing business today, and the present market situation, June has created a Marketing Strategy Plan which allows the Seller to participate in expanding their advertising options.   The Seller can decide which additional media options they would like  to use to help market their property.  The Seller pays for these additional marketing options up-front, and is reimbursed at Close of Escrow, up to 1% of the final sales price.

This Marketing Strategy Plan is based on a 6% commisssion.  At Close of Escrow, the Seller is reimbursed all costs paid for additional advertising (up to 1% of the final sales price).  The Broker representing the Buyer is offered 2.5% Commission through the Multiple Listing Service when the property is listed.  The Listing Broker is paid 2.5% of the final sales price.

The Seller may also consider this as part of the "Cost to Seller" to sell the property...i.e. escrow fees, title insurance, etc.   Please check with your Tax Consultant to verify your specific situation.
